Active shooter drill at St. Clairsville Richland City Schools on Wednesday A. M.

St. Clairsville’s Police Department announces that an active shooter drill will take place at St. Clairsville-Richland City Schools from 9:00 to 10:30 A. M. on Wednesday, October 20.  During the drill, residents may experience road closures and/or delays in the area until the drill is complete.  If questions, please call the Public Service / Safety Director’s Office on 740-695-0156.  Thank you.
