The Mayor’s Court is located in the Municipal/Utility Building.

Any questions about your citation, please call the clerk, 740-695-1324 ext. 1000.

Acceptable forms of in-house payment: Cash; Visa, Mastercard or debit card; checks; money order or bank cashier’s check made out to the City of St. Clairsville.

Acceptable forms of mail-in payment: checks, money orders or bank cashier’s checks made out to City of St. Clairsville.

$20.00 return check fee.

Online Payments: Go to stclairsville.com, online payments and then Mayor’s Court & Traffic Ticket Payment.

It will take you to the online Docket site where you can submit your payment online.
