City of St. Clairsville Mayor’s Court

The Mayor’s Court is located in the Municipal/Utility Building and held every last Wednesday of the Month at 4:00 P.M.

If the citation is marked as Personal Appearance Is Required, it is mandatory that you appear in court. If the citation is marked No Personal Apperance Is Required, it is waiverable. Unless you wish to contest the citation on the courtdate or speak to the Mayor, you may pay them in any of the below ways.

Acceptable forms of in-house payment: Cash; Visa, Mastercard or debit card; checks; money order or bank cashier’s check made out to the City of St. Clairsville.

Acceptable forms of mail-in payment: checks, money orders or bank cashier’s checks made out to City of St. Clairsville.

$20.00 return check fee.

Online Payments: Go to stclairsville.com, online payments and then Mayor’s Court & Traffic Ticket Payment.

It will take you to the online Docket site where you can submit your payment online.
