Public Comment Notice

The City of St. Clairsville is in the process of applying for a federally-funded grant through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Recreational Trails Program to assist with maintenance required to improve the safety of the National Road Bikeway Tunnel. The project is within the known range of the Indiana bat, Northern long-eared bat, and Running buffalo clover. No federal or state-listed threatened or endangered species were found in the project area. The public shall have a minimum of a 14-day comment period. All comments shall be directed to the City of St. Clairsville, ATTN: Director of Public Services, Box 537, St. Clairsville, OH 43950.
