St. Clairsville’s Trick or Treat — and “Fangtastic” Halloween Costume Contest — for children to be held on October 30th this year

At its City Council meeting on October 4, Council voted to hold the annual Trick or Treat event on Saturday, October 30th, from 6-7:30 P. M.  Please watch this website for additional information as the date draws near.  If questions about Trick or Treat, please contact the main City phone number (740-695-1324) for assistance.

In addition to Trick or Treat, the City’s Parks & Recreation Department is hosting a “Fangtastic” Halloween Costume Contest for children at the Recreation Center on Saturday afternoon, October 30.  Participants can register in-person at the Recreation Center beginning at noon or online (https://stcrecdept.recdesk.com/Community/Help).  The Recreation Center is located at 100 Fair Avenue in St. Clairsville.  This special event for children ages 1 – 12 will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 P.
