St. Clairsville City Council meetings will fall on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays in January

Due to federal holidays on Monday, January 2nd, and Monday, January 16th, both January City Council meetings will take place on the following Tuesday, specifically, January 3rd and January 17th respectively.  All City Council meetings begin at 7:00 P. M. and are held in the Municipal Building’s Council Chamber, located at 100 North Market Street.
