On Monday, March 6, Coovert Technical Services will finish video taping in connection with the Water Distribution System Improvements project

On Monday, March 6, Coovert Technical Services will complete its audio-video taping work throughout the City before the start of the $7.69 million Water Distribution System Improvements project.  Coovert Technical Services, an Ontario, Ohio-based firm which specializes in pre-construction documentation, will send two employees to perform the taping.  This crew will be on the 25 foot utility Right of Way but it might appear as though they are walking through some residents’ backyards.

The video taping is needed to document existing conditions before the City’s Water Distribution System Improvements project starts.  The James White Construction Co., the Weirton, WV-based contractor which was the winning bidder, will begin its work in the weeks ahead.
