Parshall Avenue is temporarily closed from E. Main St. to Oak St.

Parshall Avenue from the intersection at East Main Street to the Oak Street intersection will be closed for approximately 2 to 3 days, tentatively reopening this Thursday A. M. (Aug. 10).  This closure is necessary to allow for the City’s Water Distribution System Improvements Project to continue on pace.
