Effective November 26th, 2024, at 10:30 AM, a 48 Hour Boil Order is in effect for the following addresses:
On Clark Road, addresses 109, 110, 111, 112, and 113.

Entering and exiting in the area of Johnet Drive and National Road West will be closed today, Monday, November 25th through Wednesday November 27th, 2024. Motorists will need to take an alternate route using Reservoir Road.
This is necessary so work can be completed for the Water Line Replacement Project.
The City of St Clairsville’s Street Department has begun its bagged leaf pickup service. Paper lawn and leaf bags will be accepted-not plastic bags. Paper bags are only to contain leaves. Yard clippings, garden waste, trees and or shrub debris will not be accepted. Please contact the Utility Office to be added to the pick-up list for bagged leaves only.
Loose leaf pick up will start the week of November 12th. The schedule is as follows:
November 12th through November 15th is Ward 1.
November 18th through November 22nd is Ward 2.
November 25th through November 27 is Ward 3.
December 2nd through December 6th is Ward 4.
Loose leaves must be raked within 10 feet of the curb but not placed on the sidewalks or streets. Please contact the Utility Office at 740-695-1410 if you have any questions.

Beginning at 11:15 AM, the City of St. Clairsville has issued a 48-HOUR BOIL ORDER for drinking water and cooking purposes for residents on the following street ONLY:
Both sides of the road from 110 to 170 South Sugar Street
The St Clairsville school buildings are NOT impacted by this outage nor the boil order.
An unexpected water line repair has caused this advisory. Residents in and around the affected area may experience discoloration and temporary loss of water pressure for the following two to three days due to the repair.

An unexpected water line break and subsequent repair has caused a temporary water outage for residents on and around the South Sugar Street area.
Affected addresses include but are not limited to:
110 – 170 South Sugar Street
The outage will impact residents along both sides of the street.
At this time, the City is anticipating water restoration by 1:00PM today, September 18, 2019. There is no boil order expected to be issued.
There is a temporary power outage affecting residents in the areas of North Sugar Street and Belmont Drive. This outage will begin at 1:00 PM and last for approximately ninety minutes today, September 17, 2019.
