There was no loss of water and there is no Boil Order in effect.

On Monday, March 10th, 2025, construction work on a culvert replacement project will take place on Walnut Avenue. This work is expected to last two weeks.
Partial Road closure will take place in the area of 116, 117, and 119 Walnut Avenue. The intersections of Walnut Avenue and Barton Road and Walnut Avenue and Spring Avenue will remain open.
Crews will assist residents at 116, 117, and 119 Walnut Avenue with entering and exiting their homes.

Both sides of the road from 110 to 170 South Sugar Street
The St Clairsville school buildings are NOT impacted by this outage nor the boil order.

An unexpected water line break and subsequent repair has caused a temporary water outage for residents on and around the South Sugar Street area.
Affected addresses include but are not limited to:
110 – 170 South Sugar Street
The outage will impact residents along both sides of the street.
At this time, the City is anticipating water restoration by 1:00PM today, September 18, 2019. There is no boil order expected to be issued.
There is a temporary power outage affecting residents in the areas of North Sugar Street and Belmont Drive. This outage will begin at 1:00 PM and last for approximately ninety minutes today, September 17, 2019.
