AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE TIME TO FILE THE FINAL PLAT FROM THE ST. CLAIR COMMONS SUBDIVISION FOM SEPTEMBER 17, 2017 TO MARCH 17, 2018
WHEREAS, the City of St. Clairsville by Ordinance No. 2016-17 approved the filing of the Preliminary Plat for the St. Clair Commons Subdivision under certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City of St Clairsville previously by Ordinance No. 2017-3 approved an extension of the time required to file for final plat approved to September 17, 2017; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to extend the time for filing for the Final Plat until September 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:
Section 1: That the time for the filing of the Final Plat for the St. Clair Commons be extended from September 17, 2017 to March 17, 2018.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of St. Clairsville on this 17th day of June, 2017, by the affirmative vote of 6 members of the council.
