AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE ADDITIONAL PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS FOR

THE NORMAL EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF ST.

CLAIRSVILLE, STATE OF OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2017 THROUGH

DECEMBER 31, 2017, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:

SECTION 1: That to provide for the normal expenses and other expenditures of the said City of St. Clairsville, Ohio, for the period January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, the following sums are hereby appropriated:

Fund 5702 RBC Waste Water Project

State Restricted Funds $915,766.02

SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the residents of the City, so that the City can maintain normal operations.

SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by the Charter of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
