ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE RESTRICTED POLICE TRAINING FUND #2903 FUND AND ESTABLISH THE NECESSARY REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE ACCOUNTS AND APPROPRIATE FUND RECEIVED.
WHEREAS, City Council chooses to establish a new fund and associated revenue and expenditure codes necessary for the receiving and expending of funds collected from Attorney General’s reimbursement for conducting training via OPOTA in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 109:2-18-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:
Section 1: Pursuant to ORC 4511.191(I) City Council authorizes the Finance Director of the City of St. Clairsville to establish the Restricted Police Training Fund #2903; to establish the necessary Revenue and Appropriations Accounts; and Appropriate thirty-six hundred ($3600.00) dollars to said Fund #2903.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by the Charter of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
