April 9, 2018
St. Clairsville City Council met in Special Session in Council Chambers on Monday, April 9, 2018 with the following present:

There was presented and read to Council on its second reading by title only, ORDINANCE NO. 2018-08: AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE ST. CLAIR COMMONS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
There was presented and read to Council on its third and final reading by title only, ORDINANCE NO. 2018-08 a motion was made by Frank Sabatino and seconded by Jim Velas that Ordinance No. 2018-08 be passed by Council.
