A RESOLUTION TO MAKE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2011 FUND FOR THE NORMAL EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, STATE OF OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2018 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2018, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:

 

SECTION 1:   That to provide for the normal expenses and other expenditures of the said City of

St. Clairsville, Ohio, for the period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, the attached

line item transfers are required:

Additional Appropriation to 2011-610-420 (Street – Insurance proceeds from skid steer).

 

SECTION 2:   That this Resolution is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public

peace, health, and safety of the residents of the City, so that the City can maintain normal

operations.

SECTION 3:   That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest

period allowed by the Charter of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
