City Council Vacancy in 4th Ward – action needed soon

With the election of 4^th Ward Councilman Jim Velas to serve as the President of St. Clairsville’s City Council, the 4^th Ward Council seat is vacant. Council is seeking letters of interest from residents of the 4^th Ward ONLY. The 4^th Ward is the northwest quadrant of the City which falls between the north side of U.S. 40 / Main Street and the west side of North Sugar Street to the City limits. Letters of interest must be directed to Kathy Kaluger, Council Clerk, either in person or by email (kkaluger@stclairsville.com) by the Council-imposed deadline of 4:30 P.
