Update on December Utility Bills

The St. Clairsville utility bills were mailed to customers on December 4, 2020; however, we have been made aware that not all customers have received their bills.  The City’s billing company explains the delayed deliveries are due to high holiday mail volumes, as well as COVID and USPS personnel issues.

If you have not yet received your December utility bill, please contact the Municipal Utilities Office by calling 740-695-1410 to receive your balance.  Please be advised that payment is due on December 23, 2020.  Thank you for your patience as we deal with this unusual situation.
