ORDINANCE 2021-17
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2022, AND DECLARING AND EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:
SECTION 1: That the Budget for the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 2022, attached is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of St. Clairsville so that the City can maintain normal operations.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by the Charter of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
PASSED at a meeting of the Council of the City of St. Clairsville on this 19th day of July, 2021, by the affirmative vote of 6 members of the council.
