RE:                Limited 48-Hour Boil Order in the vicinity of Nelson Avenue

EFFECTIVE:   IMMEDIATE

Effective at 2:55 P. M. today, a 48-Hour Limited Boil Order is in effect for City of St. Clairsville residents in the vicinity of Nelson Avenue.  Specifically, the residents impacted are those living on Nelson Avenue, Center Street, Crescent Street and Richland Avenue.  This boil order is needed due to an unexpected water main break which occurred on Nelson Avenue this morning.  City crews repaired the break and restored water service.

Residents may experience discoloration and/or pressure issues due to the water line break and repair.  Any other utility customer who may experience water loss today in this vicinity also should comply with the boil order.
