City of St. Clairsville offices closed on Mon., June 20

City offices will be closed on Monday, June 20, in observance of the new federal holiday, Juneteenth.  Since the actual date of the holiday (June 19) falls on a Sunday this year, the federal holiday is celebrated the following day.

City offices will reopen on Tuesday, June 21, at 8:30 A. M.
