ORDINANCE 2022-48
AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE SUPPLEMENTAL REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE NORMAL EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF
ST. CLAIRSVILLE, STATE OF OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2022
THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO:
SECTION 1: That to provide for the normal expenses and other expenditures of the said City of St. Clairsville, Ohio, for the period January 1, 2022 through December 1, 2022, the following revenue and appropriations:
Parks and Recreation Fund
Revenue 2041-820-0000 (Contributions and Donations) – 12,308.00
Appropriations 2041-310-391-0000 (Dues and Fees) – 8,497.00
SECTION 2: This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, welfare, and safety for the City of St. Clairsville and its residents such that the City can maintain normal operations.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by the Charter of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
PASSED at a meeting of the Council of the City of St. Clairsville on this 19th day of December, 2022, by the affirmative vote of 7 members of Council.
