The monthly Recreation Board meeting has been moved to next Thursday, February 23, at 4:30 P. M.  This meeting will be held in the J.B. Martin Recreation-Senior Center, located at 102 Fair Avenue.

The St. Clairsville City Council Buildings & Grounds Committee will meet this Friday, February 17, at 2 P. M. in the Municipal Building’s Council Chamber (100 North Market Street).

On Monday, February 20, most City offices will be closed for the Presidents’ Day federal holiday — except the Police Department.  The Parks & Recreation Department will be open in the afternoon only.  A reminder, if you have an emergency, please call 911!  On holidays and after normal business hours, the Utility Office answering service is available by dialing:  740-695-1410.

Due to Presidents’ Day, the regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 21, beginning at 7:00 P. M. in the Council Chamber.  At 6:15 P. M., the Council Finance Committee will conduct its monthly meeting prior to the Council meeting.  The Police Committee meeting will follow the conclusion of the Council meeting.
