The City Council will have a Special Council Meeting to consider the AFSCME Union Contract next Monday, September 25, at 6 p.m. in the Municipal Building’s Council Chambers (100 North Market Street).  No other topics will be discussed at this Special Meeting.

Members of the public are invited to attend.
