The City Council Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) Committee will meet on Tuesday, October 17, at 6 p.m. in the Municipal Building’s Council Chambers (100 North Market Street). This committee will study the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) concept concerning existing City ordinances and local qualifications. The Ohio

General Assembly amended the Ohio Revised Code (Section 4301.82), effective March 23, 2022, to create this exemption from specific open container provisions. Members of the public are invited to attend.
