the city needs your help!
The City needs your help to get a grant from the State of Ohio through Congressman Rulli with House Appropriations. The city is ready to begin the next phase as soon as funding is secured, and we believe that with collective efforts, we can make this project a reality for the benefit of our community. You must understand all the good this project can do for our community. Please sign the letter of support below or write one yourself. We need to collect as many as possible by March 24th. Municipal Building, 100 N. Market St., St. Clairsville, OH 43950
