Make plans for the whole family to kick off Summer Reading @ Memorial Park in St. Clairsville. The Cumberland Trail Fire District, STC Police Department, Lashley Tractor, St. Clair Building Supply, and Kirke’s Ice Cream will be on site. Face painting, bounce house, and exploration await! In case of inclement weather, the event will be at the library.
